Some new jewelry
This heart is sterling silver and turquoise with little spirals and copper accents around the rim of the base. I love to add some dimension by raising up the spirals to the same level of the cabochon. It gives the whole piece a much more substantial look.
The Ocean Jasper on this pendant is a lovely creamy color with sagey green lichen like spots. It’s very earthy and peaceful.
The metal base is fused copper and sterling silver that’s been textured and shaped into a sideways figure 8. Next photo will show this…
This is my latest version of the Sun signature piece. It uses a technique called Keum Boo where the gold is fused to the surface of the silver. I’ve oxidized the whole thing to further bring out the textures.
The rays are a mix of sterling silver and copper and the rim around the sun center is brass.
